The design process is where I collaborate with people who know the content far better than I do. I have to help them picture the options, make the best choices, and then show them the blueprints as I build it out.

Creativity meets structure. Storyboards, mood boards, working meetings, cloud review, rapid prototyping, and debriefs all help us get from the initial brainstorm to launching a training.
